Subscription, Payment and Cancellation

Paid services are billed as a monthly subscription through the payment provider you choose (PayPal or card payment via Stripe). The fee is collected at the beginning of each billing period; your access runs until the end of the paid period and is extended by a further month with each successful payment.

• Cancellation by you: You can cancel the subscription at any time in the dashboard. Your access remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing further will be charged after that. You will receive a confirmation by email.
• Failed payment: If the fee cannot be collected, we will inform you by email and your payment provider will retry the charge over the following days. In that case, please check the payment method on file (available funds, validity, limit).
• Termination after repeated payment failure: If the collection of the fee fails several times in a row without a payment being received in the meantime, we are entitled to end the subscription with immediate effect. Each payment reminder tells you which failed attempt this is and after which failed attempt the subscription will end. You will receive a confirmation of the termination by email. No access is granted for unpaid periods; services you have already paid for are not affected.
• New subscription: After a termination you can take out a new subscription at any time. Your data, settings and connected Instagram accounts are kept. A free trial is granted only once per payment account.
• End of the paid term: If the paid term ends without renewal, running automations are stopped and connected Instagram accounts are paused. Your data remains stored and is available again once you renew.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

These terms of use may be changed by smartFollower at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the service.
